Lavorare fino ad ottenere un impasto compatto (aggiungendo, se necessario, ancora un po' di farina). Alla fine, unite il lievito sciolto in pochissima acqua, si dovrà ottenere un’impasto piuttosto morbido, se necessario aggiungere del succo d’arancia. Lavorare la pasta sulla spianatoia per qualche minuto e dividerla poi in due pezzi, uno piccolo ed uno grande circa il doppio.<br />Con il pezzo piccolo tirare una sfoglia rotonda e poggiarla su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno.<br /><p>Con l’altro pezzo tirare una sfoglia rettangolare piuttosto sottile, spennellarla d’olio, cospargerla con zucchero un poco di chiodi di garofano tritati e cannella sbriciolata, ricoprirla infine con abbondante ripieno.<br />Arrotolare delicatamente la sfoglia, tagliare con la rotellina per dolci dei tronchetti con i quali formare tante roselline che dovranno essere poste una accanto all'altra, leggermente distanziate, sulla sfoglia piccola. Ricordatevi di aprire leggermente l'orlo superiore dando la forma di petali. Raccogliere i bordi della sfoglia piccola a formare un piccolo vassoio intorno alle roselline.</p><br />Lasciare riposare per un paio d’ore e mettere in forno preriscaldato a 180 ° per 45 min.
